Description: This project will provide construction of rotary wing combat aircraft loading area (CALA) aprons, shoulders, and ordnance staging pad with rigid concrete pavement at Naval Auxiliary Landing Field on San Clemente Island. Additional site improvement includes replacing a portion of the existing West Cove Road in addition to constructing new roads for access to the new CALA facility. Supplementary utility improvements consist of Helipad perimeter lighting, a lighting wind sock, a solar powered warning flag pole, and emergency post mounted phone.
